I came up against this list and was duly spanked...

20 Orks plus PK NOB
20 Orks plus PK NOB
Ghazzie
8 Nobs with Painboy and wound allocation shenanigans
Mekboy with KFF

three Battlewagons kitted with 4 Rokkits each and 2 with Zzap gun

15 man unit of lootas.

I was playing tyranids and then my friend played CSM against the same list.

We both lost badly. I had a nidzilla list and my friend had CSM with 6 oblits, zerkers, Abaddon

It's a strong list, consider outflankers.

Side Armor is weak. Deepstrike your Oblits and go to town. Try to stop the Nob wagon first so they have to walk. The Oblits can do some good damage to them with shooting after that. Also set up bait units to draw his charges, then hit back by charging ith your big nasties (in the case of CSM... let a unit of PMs tae the charge fro mthe Boyz, and then on your turn charge in with Zerkers and kill the Boyz).

Get to his back or sides. I can't help with Nids, but chaos should be fine using DS oblits to hit rear or side armor, even from a distance. Havoks can hurt it at range with proper weaponry. Obscuring KKF is annoying, but if you can get a few rounds of free shots at them, it will help dump the cargo, then its just hit them with whatever you got that hits hard.

Hmm, that's a mean list, consider an armor upgrade. He'll have to get lucky with his ZZap gun for it to kill you. If he tries to tank shock you, don't Death or Glory him, just move out of the way and cut up the boyz inside, and then slice up the tank. (It should be beside you if he tried to tank shock you, and you attack rear armor anyways)

Well, I have using Chaos and I use my LR to block BW movement. Make sure to move at a good clip so assaulting orks need 6's to hit it.

Keep it loaded up with Abaddon and Berzerkers to counter-attack, but keep them in there until the WAAAGH has run out of stead.

Try to redeploy units that will suffer from heavy loota fire. Keep a Rhino obscured behind the LR?

Some thoughts.

Us Blood axes have learnt a lot from da humies. How best ta kill 'em, fer example.
