Ok so i started on my grey hunters today and so far iv got my big beardy with bolt pistol, power fist and wolf standard (i think, not sure if the small black standards are wolf tandards or whether it has to be the big standard). I also have another troop with a meltagun, right now im painting and sticking together another troop with chainsword and plasma pistol.Ii think so far everythings within the codex rules if im reading them properly but i was curious about mark of the wulfen? Is it just a stat or is there anything on the sprue that signifies that troop has mark of the wulfen?

Cheers

I don't think anything really signifies it in the sprue unless it seems like it would be apart of a Wolven. If there is anything it would be claws / Power Armor arms and a very hairy wolf face.

I would just give him a BP + CS and maybe Greenstuff some hair or something for representing MotW

Ahhh i see, care to shed some light on the standard subject, i mean theres the small standards and then theres the huge standards do the small ones count towards my grey hunters squad? And did everything else sound alright so far?

I'm pretty sure either could work standard wise really. I would assume the larger one though, but both work.

I think plasma pistols are useless, and I don't like PF in grey hunters (only 1 attack, 2 attacks on the charge they are worse than SM Sarges) but do whatever you like really. The MG guy though is very good

I read an article that mentioned that genestealers have some pretty interesting looking hands that can be wolfed up to represent the "teeth and claws" attacks caused by the marked model.
