Just finished putting together an emplacement for a vindicator tank, not sure I'm happy with it, especially the "urban" camoflague so would like some feedback.

I like it, the overhead camoflague is a good idea too. The painted camoflague is a tad strange, though. It looks too haphazard and undefined. Maybe touch that up a bit, and the piece'll look great!

Looks like some underhivers have come along and graffiti'd the building while it was unattended.

I think the red on the walls is a little too bright. It would look good if it matched the reddish earth you have around the edge.
Other than that, cool idea and nice execution!

I like it.
Prehapse use, like, a sharpie or permanent marker to add some modern graffitti (like, the stuff you see on trains)

When you call an intimate moment with your partner "the Assault Phase"
Is that followed by a pile-in move?
That brings a whole new meaning to the term "Hit and Run"
Can that be following a deep strike, or do you have to wait until the next round? |

Thanks for the comments, tbh the camoflague was based on a half remembered picture, which I think I now remember was red, black and grey triangles.
It's partly based on http://www.pillbox-study-group.org.uk/type28page.htm though with no infantry space.
The problem with the Vindicator is it's low mounted gun making it impossible to sink the emplacement down, but if I had thought a little more before building it I would have increased the size of the base and built up an earthern bank around it to help with shell impacts and disguise (believe it or not but earthern banks are actually very effective at defending an emplacement against shelling). The damn thing is already pretty big though, thank god it's structure is made of lego otherwise it would weigh a ton!
