“Dear valued gamers and customers,
We at Battle Foam really want to thank everyone for both the criticism and compliments that have been voiced at this forum with respect to our previous post, Battle Foam products and business. We are listening, and reading your candid assessment of the “drama” we inadvertently created with our post. Honestly, we are learning from you. We are now, more than ever, acutely aware that our new business depends first and foremost on you, and continuing to make the highest quality products possible.
We read your responses and want to make clear that we do not want to be adversarial to anyone in our industry beyond traditional honest competition. To the extent that our previous post offended anyone, or was outside the rules of the forum, we apologize. We also want to be clear that we are not affiliated in any manner with Games Workshop. We have obtained licenses with other manufacturers in the industry, and will of course continue to seek such licenses where necessary to ensure that everyone’s rights are respected.
Our point here is to make clear that we want to treat everyone in the industry, their products and their intellectual property, with the same respect that we would expect in return. We are very excited about the future of Battle Foam and continuing to make great products that are compatible with all the games, miniatures and collectibles in the market. As always, if you are not satisfied with any Battle Foam product, tell us, return them, and we will do our utmost to make you happy.
Best Regards,
Romeo Filip
