How can I get anti tank into my daemonhunters army whilst staying with the dh codex as much as possible, i dont mind allied marines and ig but i like the idea of a pure dh army.

Any help greatly appreciated

Inquisitorial Storm Troopers with melta guns in a rhino or chimera are your most reliable choice.

The only real other pure DH options would be a LR / LRC or a LC / ML Dreadnought

I have a Grey Knights Land Raider, but when i use it all it seems to do is draw enemy fire. I admit id rater have everything shoot my Land Raider than my expensive Grey Knights!

lol with strength and tougness 3, there gak in melee. str 6 PF and TH makes them decent but too expensive, insta poped by alot of things. your better off giving it a psicannon BS5 and a few warriors. or use it with a combi melta and melta warriors.

as for the origonal post:
x3 gklr, x3 gk dreads with twin lasscannon/ML or keep the DCCW. 20 point inquisitor with evicerator, and acolyte with melta bombs. GK termies and marines have a decent chance in melee against av 10 rear vehicles.

A retinue with two Mystics. Wreacks havoc with all sorts of plans that involve deepstrikers. If the retinue gets a few Warriors with ranged weapons they can be quite shooty as well.

the inquisitor is best used as a ranged psyker. there are actually a few useful spells in the DH arsenal...

Sancutary is amazing against daemons.
Hammerhand is an under-rated power, very good on inquiistors because it doubles the strength and allows them to hit at initiative with more attacks than normal.
Holocaust is a godsend vs horde armies... if your swamped with orks, Holocaust will even the odds.

take mystics if your going to take an inquisitor... shooting down deepstrikers is always good. take some gun servitors to give your inquisitor squad some more bite... and give the inquisitor himself a psycannon. great weapons, psycannons.

I know that a lot of newer players want to play "pure" grey knights: they want to have the ultimate bad-asses in the 40k universe, and only those bad-asses.

However, I would not discount taking inducted Guard. I think that Grey Knights are balanced with the ability to take inducted Guard in mind, and not only is it perfectly fluffy but it adds a lot of flexibility that the DH list just doesn't have.

ISTs in rhinos with meltas.
Inducted guard platoon with as many autocannons as you have infantry squads.

I have a squad of gm now ill either make an entire platoon or will have them as a squad in a chimera.

Think of all the heavy weapons i could add in an infantry platoon

Lascannons, lots and lots of gakin' Lascannons.
