Time after Time my Warboss keeps gets kill! I think being a monstrous creature would make sense since he is as big as a carnifex.

Jamsessionein made an awesome conversion for his warboss, with matching rules. It was eventually decided that being a monstrous creature wasn't all that great (you ignore armour anyway with your power klaw, and now your can get shot out of units). You might want to take a look and see if they're still around.

On a side note, hey, you've got my name too!

You really need to work on your grammar.

Also, unless your Warboss is converted like mad, he's not that big. Nowhere near as big as a Carnifex at least.

Or you could play by the rules.

Being an MC wouldn't make him harder to kill, either.

You realize that monstrous creatures are tough to kill because they have good stats and not because they're Monstrous Creatures... right?

I always mount my warbosses on bikes. t6 really helps you out with those pesky, well, everythings. Try this: waltz into charge range of 14 Necron Warriors. Wait. Get shot. Get Assaulted. Sweeping advance their metal butts back into the dawn of time. Approximate cost: one wound.

A Warboss has better stats than some MC's already.

Look at him compared to a fex even. Put him in Mega Armor with Squig and Cybork and he has higher WS, S10 and 6 attacks on the charge with a 2+/5+. The fex had 1 more wound and 1 more toughness. Not that huge of a differance.

Also a Warboss is 10' tall max. A Carnifex is 30' tall.

O H I am in the Webway...

I think it's been said but a Carnifex ("normal size") is probably ohhh 40ish feet tall. It's like a Bug Tank. Freaking monstrous. Like is bigger than a massive landraider kinda size.

Maybe you should put your warboss in a squad of boyz.

He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster and if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you
