so i was playing a game agents chaos space marines and i was fighting his termis.
so my question is can he have one equipped with lighting claws one with a chain fist and one with a power fist?

Yes, the Codex will allow you to change out certain pieces of equipment based on the squad, etc.

It's better to ask your opponent, and learn in-game from them! Just let your opponent know beforehand that you'll have a lot of questions, and it might go slow. If they aren't okay with that, then play someone else!
