I've been playing 40k for about a year now, and i've compiled some questions that i haven't been able to answer with the book or my codex. Hopefully you guys can help me out here, i believe most of these are pretty simple.
1. Sponsoons. If i buy sponsoons (in my case on a Leman Russ) do both sponsoons count as 1 gun? or each is its own seperate?.
2. Jump Infantry. If jump infantry move, are they still restricted in range if their weapon has "Rapid Fire"? So if Jump infantry move they can only shoot 2 shots at 12"?
3. Melta Bombs. If a squad (Imperial guard vets in my case) take Melta Bombs, does each individual unit get to roll to attack with them, or just 1 attack per squad?
4. Barrage. If firing an ordnance barrage weapon (ie from a griffon) do i need to guess range?

Correct. Jump Infantry follow the same rules as Infantry for shooting. Jet pack Infantry may or may not be restricted, depending on which ones they are. 3. Melta Bombs. No, the rules for Barrage Weapons are detailed clearly page 32 of the Warhammer 40,000 main rulebook.

Only the model with Meltabombs may make a meltabomb attack. The rest of the models may make their own attacks.
I think he meant each model is equipped with meltabombs in which case every model equipped with them makes one attack with the grenades.

What i meant was:
A squad of 10 men take Melta Bombs, so do i get 10 melta bomb attacks? Or just 1?
Also, if i take Melta Bombs does that mean i get a bonus attack per model (assuming each model gets an attack with 1), or does it replace an existing attack?
OK just read the rules, i can only take 1 attack regardless of how many attacks i get, and the way the rules are written i get 10 attacks with melta bombs.

For IG Vets all models take the melta bombs, so each model gets to attack with one.

The upgrade states:
The entire squad has melta bombs.
So i believe they all have 1.

1: Yes, you would get 10 attacks in that example
2: No, you only get one attack per model with melta-bombs, no bonuses for charging etc. It also replaces an existing attack. Sono matter how many attacks your model has in its profile, you only have one meltabomb attack.

Ah, I thought he was asking if only 1 model had meltabombs.
If all 10 have them, then you make 10 meltabomb attacks
