so scuttlers give genesteelers infiltrate i dont see any where were you have to deploy on the edges can someone explain me why this rule is off.

The rule isnt off.

Both Scout and Infiltrate also allowes the unit to Outflank.
To Outflank is a choice you make, ie you dont have to.

1) Scuttlers doesn't give them Infiltrate
2) Read the Rulebook, the bit about Outflanking.

Just to clarify what Gwar said, Scuttlers gives the "scouts" USR. If a unit has either "scouts" or "infiltrate" then they have permission to make the outflank move.
