What are the best 6mm-20mm Wargames? And what sort of price ranges are you looking at? And where can you find them?

This is really just a question of preference. While I'm disappointed in the company I've always been partial to BattleField Evolution: Modern Combat.
There's a good community on the mongoose forums where new units and vehicles are being posted all of the time. 20mm is a great scale for moderns and historicals as well - all those 1/72 scale model kits really let you flesh out an army.
I was using Liberation minitaures from Syhobbswargames.com the range is decent, and I outfitted a whole Flight (platoon equiv) of AF cops just like my own flight with all the proper kit.

It may be a bit obvious but I always liked Warmaster and Epic 40k. DBA and DBM are fun. I suppose Flames of War would fall into this category as well.
