I just popped into my FLGS to purchase some DE bits.
Here's a shocking thing - they were out of stock.
More shocking - THEY ARE NO LONGER ON THE ORDER FORMS!!!
Apparently the entire range has been pulled.
Usually GW only does this if the new army is to be released soon (Within 4 Months).
But we all know the release schedule and no where does it say anything for DE.
Any other FLGS confirming this???

I have it on good authority that the new DE models are done and ready to go codex just needs to be fine tuned. Check out the super new and awesome models!

The range is still available from the US website, don't know if that helps much. Hopefully your FLGS isn't pulling the models because they're not selling.

Thats what I'm hoping. GW UK still have them and the other FLGS still say they can get them. The guy in this particular store has been on the ball about GW stuff in the past, but I wouldn't put it past him for refusing to order a ange that nobody (except me) buys. Why would they lock this thread because of a pic of some minis? Excuse my ignorance, but I really haven't kept up with the DE rumors as every time I have GW has announced another delay.

DE are think are pretty much ass end.They arent due for release until god knows when and when we do hear they are delayed.

I own a FLGS, but have heard nothing about DE for years. I'll give it a go today, to see if the backlist stuff is still available, just for S and G, but I doubt they are coming out any time soon.

Think about it the only DE lists that were really ever run were Wych Cults the hordes of plastic warriors that came out were gathering dust FLGS shelves.
Hence DE might never come out again two green stuff protos arent reason enough for basis of rumours.

As far as the op is concerned. Rumors about DE will never go away, and somebody always has "new" information to share. Unfortunately it's never new, and always circumstantial. That's why the high lords of dakka lock these threads, this horse has been beaten to death.
That's also why I, along with others enjoy sharing the super awesome cool pictures of the DE greens. It's a joke, and if you're taking any DE rumor seriously then you will most likely take the picture, and "in before lock" posts to seriously as well. Either way it's amusing for me, and goes well with my morning coffee.
