What's your level 19+ character? What is his/her specialty i.e. way of doing the business? What do they carry, favorite equipment? How many different styles are out there? Here's the format (and my character)

Duncan, Male
Level 30

Armor/Apparel
Ranger Battle Armor
Stormchaser Hat
Ghoul Mask on Stand-by (just makes some areas easier since I no longer need the Exp)

Weapons
Perforator (Special version of Infiltrator, like a silenced Chinese Assault rifle with scope)
A3-21's Plasma Rifle (Best all-arounder)
Terrible Shotgun (Special Combat Shotgun that is super nasty up-close)
Dart Gun (for those pesky Death Claws but usefulness has faded)
5 Bottlecap mines
3 Nuka-Grenades

Tactics: I choose to play it mostly stealthy. If I can wipe out a group without them even knowing I was there, I am happy. The Perforator has been extremely helpful in this regard. For me, while it is fun to just smear everything with Vengeance and/or the Fat Man, I prefer the Ninja style.

Add-ons:
Broken Steel
The Pitt

Notes: Reaper's Sprint and Action Boy make it tough for many creatures to survive one round of V.A.T.S. All SPECIAL 9 or better, All skills 100. Do not have the final add-ons as of yet and have not completed Broken Steel Brotherhood missions.

My last character was level 30 and set up for stealth so she has all the perks like ninja, silent running and is a perfect character (10's for every special stat, 100 for skills etc). My main weapons are pretty well the same as yours, except she has the Chinese stealth armour and Jingwei's Shocksword to be the invincible/invisible ninja.

Checking my stats I've put 60 hours into this character and built up something like 30,000 caps and almost every unique weapon (except Callahan's magnum and the novasurge) with every quest completed for all 5 DLC's. After hitting level 30 though it gets to a point of being 'instant win' against anyone and anything....even more so when you have 400 stimpaks built up over all that time...

If you have any question's about the DLC's feel free to ask.

Beric Fledge, Level 28 Waster

Drifter's fit, Lucky Shades
Double Barrelled Shotgun
Reservist's Rifle
Bottlecap Mines
Nuka Grenades

Neutral/10% Evil
Normally go around, dealing in Meds and Drugs, >20,000 Caps banked, >5,000 more in Pre-War Money, which I usually use to trade. Set up in my Tenpenny Suite, live it pretty easy after the events of The Pitt and the Main Story. Sometimes use Stealth Boys to sneak up and enslave Raiders with the Mesmetron just for kicks and caps.

Addicted to Whisky.

"And what is wrong with their life? What on earth is less reprehensible than the life of the Levovs?"
- American Pastoral, Philip Roth

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.
