So unguents of warding in the DH codex gives you a 4+ save from psychic powers.
My question is can you use a psychic hood to cancel a power and you fail that can you still take the UoW save?
Same with the Gk armor ability to nullify a psychic power targeted on the squad, fail that test still get UoW save?
|
 
This is silly! Buttons are not how one escapes dungeons! I would smash the button and rain beatings liberally down on the wizard for playing such a trick!

Well, if they represent them as different things I don't see why not. If they wanted it to be otherwise, they should've made it clear.
