Looking for opinions on using gesso...

And also which ones to use... liquitex has a 'basics' version just for 'basics' acrylics and a standard white that is good with acrylics, oils etc...

Golden has one also, as does Winsor & Newton...

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I would want to gunk up my air brush with gesso. Vallejo markets some air brush ready primers, you might want to look into those.

Gesso is quite thick, I'd be worried about clogging. Maybe it would work if well watered down, but then maybe it wouldn't prime properly...
