What do you think? With the Chappy, Assault Squad, Death Company and Grey Knights able to Deep Strike, This Should be a fun list to play, and for a 1750 Point Tourney, I can just ad in Another Assault Squad like the first, and another Death Company Member by just Dropping the PF from the Plasma Stormies.

I would take regular Grey Knight troops instead to have a scoring unit. You lose deepstriking ability but overall it's not that great compared to having another scoring unit.

The Problem is, I want the Grey knights, but have taken up the two ally troop slots with Stormies. The best Troops squad I can get with 161 points is a five man Assault Squad with Power Weapon and another Flying Death Company

Why not drop the stormies? You can get meltas and better with tactical squads and have rhinos as well. Then you can add up to 2 GK squads.

The Stormies are way cheaper than A Tac squad. Remember I am using the BA codex, and a 10 Man Tac Squad with Melta is 200 points. This way I get 2 Meltas for the same points. I am more inclined to use the Tac Squads as Firebase Objective holders. Maybe I could drop both Stormie squads and Get a squad of 9 GKs with 2 Psycannons..., which will give me more firebase awesome, with everyone too scared to assault it... I'm thinking for the 1500 points I will drop one of the assault squads and 1 DC member, and give the Inquisitor Lord a Force Weapon. Come to think of it, I may work towards having this list playable for Cancon... Thoughts?

You'd be better off dropping the Assassin and Taking a squad of GKT's. All of the NFW count as power weapons and you can take 2 psycannons that can move and fire at the full range (because of terminator armor). PAGKs do not have that ability and must be stationary in order to fire the full 36" with the psycannon.
This is just food for thought however. You still get one power weapon and 6 S6 weapons with your current squad setup (except for those with Psycannons and Incinerators). Remember that a psycannon and an incinerator is 2 handed and thus they lose the NFW on regular PAGKs.
You'd probably be better off with something besides the Inquisitor Lord as well unless you really want that assassin. Inquisitors aren't that great unless you have them with Mystics or loaded out for shooting purposes. Also having a forceweapon helps on them too that will kill something outright on a psychic test because of wording - even eternal warriors.

GKT's can only have one special weapon per squad, otherwise I probably would take them.
The Assassin is tere because she can do all kinds of nasty thinks to Squads of things like TH/SS Termies, SS Characters, Tzeenchian models and so on.
Also, this way I only need to buy more grey Knights, and not the $95 Terminators >.<
