My next army is either going to be DE or Chaos Daemons. I saw this list from an earlier post and It looks somewhat decent and has things I need/want. I like the Wyches and Mandrakes. And it appears there is some good Tank killing as well. (I play a lot of armor armies it seems). What would you do to this list to make it better? And what would you add to expand it to 2000 points? I usually play 2000 point games.

I hope you are not dead set on Mandrakes, They are rather expensive for what breaks down to be nothing but an infiltrating guardsman (with no gun).
Lets take this list one selection at a time.
HQ
Archon - Punisher, Combat Drugs, Shadow Field, Tormentor Helm
135 pts
This is a good start for a 1750 list, Add plasma grenades, a Trophy Rack, and animus vitae and you have the best HQ available. If you are going to make a 2000 point list change this to a Dracon, and run Asdrubael Vect.
Elite
10 Wyches - 10 Wych Weapons, Succubus, Agoniser, Tormentor Helm
Raider
218 pts
Elite
10 Wyches - 10 Wych Weapons, Succubus, Agoniser, Tormentor Helm
Raider
218 pts
Drop the Tormentor helm for a splinter pistol, and give her a trophy rack, then get 2X blasters, and plasma grenades for each squad , finally drop it to 9 models total to give your Archon/Dracon an option to ride along.
Elite
10 Mandrakes
150 pts
Drop these completely, then add a squad of warp beast, at half the cost they are the best value in the DE army.
Troop
9 Warriors - 1 Blaster, 1 Splinter Cannon
Raider
142 pts
Drop this down to 5 warriors, you will save 32 points and wont notice a difference.
Troop
10 Warriors - 2 Dark Lances
100 pts

10 Warriors - 2 Dark Lances

10 Warriors - 2 Dark Lances

Troops
10 Warriors - 2 Dark Lances
100 pts
While these are great, I feel that you need a few more mobile troops to take objectives, Drop two squads and in there place take two 5 man raider squads with a Blaster and Dark Lance.
Troops
10 Warriors - 2 Splinter Cannons, Sybarite, Agoniser, Splinter Rifle, Tormentor Helm
135 pts
Drop this for one of the squads mentioned above.
Heavy
Ravager - 3 Disintegrator
120 pts
Heavy
Ravager - 3 Disintegrator
120 pts
Heavy
Talos
100pts
Honestly in this high of a point value take 3 ravagers, and give them all nightshields
Arcon Joins the Raider Squad to make a 10 man squad
You can only join 9 man squads since raider are maxed at 10 models
Hope that helps! Let me know if you have questions!

Well, the list is fine.
I'd give the Succubi trophy racks.
You filled troops, HS, and elite.
To expand it to 2000 pts, you have a few options:
Dracon, Warp Beast pack, and Reaver Jetbikes.
How about a full RJB squad accompanied by a Haemonculus on jetbike?

Can't be worse then a maximized Wych squad. THough for the record I do occasionally field small RJB squads with a Haemy .
Going over the list I think Cthomps hit some good points, I'll perhaps restate some here as I do my own quick rundown of the list. The two biggest issues I see in the list are the two Wych squads and the Mandrakes.
The Tormentor Helms are a terrible piece of wargear to pair with the Agoniser. All Tormentor Helms are is a splinter pistol we can wear as a hat. That's it. If you're using a two handed weapon and still want a +1 Attack from wielding a pistol they are amazing. But an Agoniser is a one handed weapon. I suggest you save 4 points each and just give the Succubi a Splinter Pistol. The only difference will be the points you save. I also agree that the addition of 2 Blasters to each squad could be a very worthwhile investment. I'll also caution that your Wych squads may be a bit too big for their own good.
The second concern is the Mandrake squad. As Cthomps pointed out; they're really not that tough (we are guardsmen, with pistols and knives, fear us, rawr!). They can be a lot of fun to field, and against newer opponents they can even be fairly effective. Bt without the ability to hold objectives or take a Sybarite with them the squad really suffers for what it can actually do for you over the course of a game. So, if you've played them before and love what they do for you feel free to field them again. But if you're a total virgin to the ways of the Dark Eldar I would suggest you not go through the painful cherry pop that is realizing how full of fail Mandrakes can be.
I also have two strategic thoughts;
1. The footslogging squad of Warriors feels a little tacked on. Is it a counter charge unit serving as defense for Sniper Squads? Is it going to move forward to claim an enemy objective for you via assault? The squad is a little small and vulnerable while, tanks to the Agoniser Succubus, also a touch expensive for what it's doing for you. If you want an aggressive assault core I suggest taking either a larger squad or getting a Raider squad and adding a blaster for your lost Splinter Cannon. Both squads will probably serve you better in getting across the table in enough shape to actually assault something and do some damage. If you want counter charge units I'd probably advocate dropping this squad and using Wyches, as they'll do a lot better against anything likely to be charging you then Warriors ever will.
2. An Archon is going to assault - that's what they do. You're placing your archon in a unit that likes short range shooting. This is not an intrinsically bad pair as I can see some uses for it if the Archon seperates from the squad during the movement phase and goes off to assault on his own. But I don't think it's a good idea to assault on your own in 5th edition against infantry squads ( YMMV) I would second the suggestion to pair him up with Wyches, that way they can support him if he needs to assault a giant pile of Nids or an Ork Mob for some reason.

Ok so this is what I have now, taking everyone's comments in to consideration,
For a 2k List:
HQ
Dracon - Combat Drugs, Punisher, Plasma Grenades, Shadow Field, Tormentor Helm, Trophy Rack, and Animus Vitae. (132pts)
Asdrubael Vect - (277pts)
Elite
8 Wyches - Wych Weapons, 2 Blasters, Plasma Grenades,
1 Succubus - Agoniser, CCW, & Trophy Rack
Raider (224pts)
9 Wyches - Wych Weapons, 2 Blasters, Plasma Grenades,
1 Succubus - Agoniser, CCW, & Trophy Rack
Raider (224pts)
5 Warp Beasts
1 Beastmaster (75pts)
Troops
10 Raider Squad - Blaster, and Dark Lance
Raider (150pts)
10 Raider Squad - Blaster, and Dark Lance
Raider (150pts)
5 Raider Squad - Blaster, and Dark Lance
Raider (110pts)
10 Warrior Squad - 2 Blaster, and 2 Dark Lance (110pts)
10 Warrior Squad - 2 Blaster, and 2 Dark Lance (110pts)
Heavy
Ravager - 3 Disintegrators, and Nightshields (140pts)
Ravager - 3 Disintegrators, and Nightshields (140pts)
Ravager - 3 Disintegrators, and Nightshields (140pts)
Total - 1996pts
Dracon will go with the 8 wych squad. I'm not sure about the 5 man raider squad. I could easily replace that with one of the warrior squads. If I'm playing 1750pts I would probably drop Asdrubael Vect. Comment away! Thanks for the input.

For your raider squads, do you intend for them to sit in the raider and assault things, or do you want them to start outside the transport and shoot? If the former, use a splinter cannon rather than a dark lance, and add a syberite with an agonizer. If the latter, drop them to 5 man squads.
3 3-Dissy ravagers... the amount of death those things will cause...

Looks pretty decent.
Vect can be a nasty surprise for the enemy.
I'd give it a try.

I would drop the all the raider squads down to 5 man, then drop one or two wyches, that should free up enough points for another raider squad.
