I'm thinking of ordering some of the MAS ork heads. Does anyone have experience ordering directly through MAS's website? If Neal at the Warstore had everything that I wanted in stock, I'd just order through him. Is there any other middle-men handling their goods?

I've ordered Discworld stuff directly with no problems what-so-ever.

I ordered a bunch of their Chaos Bases about three months ago. It took them about 5 weeks to show up at my doorstep. I emailed them a few times and the reply was "A lot of our staff is on holiday." When they did show up almost every single base had air bubbles in their undercuts and the chains had been miscast pretty bad.

Overall I would give their service a D at best. I would never order from them again. YMMV though.

I go through a distributor called E-Figs, and order them for my shops. You might try to have your FLGS set up an account with E-figs, and then they can just order the MAS stuff in for you. It does very well at my shops.
