I just spent loads of time typing and naming and describing my pics, and then I was logged out (probably timed out), and Its all gone now!

Ok, it appears now that the photos have been uploaded, but are not on the gallery and don't have names nor descriptions, and I can't find them anywhere until I go to upload them again and it say's they already exist!

Any advice?

You can edit images that are uploaded - just view the image in the gallery then click the 'edit' link under the image itself.

Upload processing takes some time as it is done in a queue so as not to overload the server. You can view your half finished uploads that still need your attention by clicking on your gallery home page (the '15 gallery images' link under your avatar will take you there), and then clicking the 'View your half-finished uploads' link. From there you can process any unfinished uploads.
