Well, the army has no obvious flaws.
I'd replace the Librarian with a Chaplain, since the Assault Termies would benefit from his special rule (reroll to hit on the charge).

Looks pretty Solid.
I agree with wuestenfux, for 10 points more you can get t6 FnP Cassius...
Unless this is tailored for a tournament in which case the psychic hood will be worth more.

Yeah, Adielubbe is right about the psychic hood.
If you plan to play in a tournament, then a psychic hood is almost inevitable,
since there are so many psykers out there in the 40k universe.

This is my first list just started, thank you for advice i was going to buy a chaplain as i like having a range of units to choose from and this is mainly a frendly list for fighting chaos (not sure what marks) tyranids(swarm), and orks(fire power based)

well if this is the case, have you considered dropping the Champ and making the squad shooty instead? they can take up to 4 speical weapons, and going off the armys you listed, Plasma Guns would seem to fit(in truth I see Plasma Guns as the real man reason to this unit, it helps fight off gets hot, 3+ armor save and then a FNP 4+ save for those that failed?) not to mention 8 Str7 Ap2 puts the hurt on anything, have them in the razor back hunting after Elite choices(Ap2 shows no love to Mega Nobs, Terminators and other low body count units with decent saves), of course they would be decent at killing medium sized troop choices, give the Apothecary a Storm Bolter(don't have the codex in front of me) for 2 Str4 shots, to give you 10 shots all together. been thinking of either going a Melta Heavy Co.Squad for a up close hero/tank killing unit, or plasma guns I just need to get my hands on the guns, depending on what I find first my Co. Sqaud will get upgraded and prehaps finally see the table.

this is just my thoughts, so take with a grain of salt.

IMO it relies to much on its tanks for transport and could use an actual fast unit like some bikes, or an assault sqaud. Just in case your enemy has lots of anti-tank. But that is just my opinion.

If you walk a mile in another mans shoes you will be a mile away from him and you will have his shoes.
