Its is gonna be a big shooty/magic list of death I am underwhelmed by the bell and furnace as well as the Doom Wheel so here is my list any ideas?

ehhh, poisoned wind mortar is better than ratling and warpfire thrower so I would replace one or both of those with a poisoned wind mortar. Plague catapults=awesome and I agree on the doomwheel and plague furnace but the sreaming bell has a spot in some list but not in this one. And why no shields on clanrats? they are only .5 pts per
Other than that I haven't experienced this book yet by playing it yet so I can't make any further critiques.

O forgot to list the shields thanks for reminding me!
I still like the Ratling gun for taking out Medium/light cav and the Warpfire thrower any flame template i have alot of luck with. ya it can be hard to get into position with but you wreck any blocked infantry with it strength 5 -2 to armour yes please. I'll take the chance it killz enough. Idk what everyones problem with them besides cost is.
Also the Bell I just personally dont know what its for its so expensive and all but a few powers are just kind of meh.

Why only 20 Clanrats per unit?
Personally, I'd add more, about, say, 25 each.
Also, no slaves?

Ya the clan rats will be tested through trial and error it might be expanded later. They might be bumbed up but I gotta decide if I wanna oust the toys for more bodies and I don't really wanna lol I like my toyz.
And as much as people say the new slaves are ok I don't like the fact they EXPLODE after death lol.
The biggest problem in both cases is theres nothing I wanna cut to make room for more rats I like everything in the list you know anyone got suggestions on what to cut. Maybe some equipment on characters but thats all I can think on.

Thought about it but I kind of like the ability to walk on and rip the crap out of empire artillery or bolt thowers and the like. I will have to try in a few games.

I actually like that you took 1 of each weapon team, I think that's the way to go to get a good feel for what works in the new book  Also, I personally like having some variety, as it gives you different tools for different situations. If you get a game in with 10 outflanking gutters let us know how they do. I used to run 2x 5 tunnelers w/ poison, but with the price increase I may switch to 10 outflankers w/ champ instead. Thing to remember is that the gutters walk on and have to stare at that cannon for a turn before charging in and ripping the crap out of it. Most likely being grapeshot / paniced / etc while they wait  Is that why you've got slings, so you can do something the turn you stumble on? - Salvage

Ya that was the point of slings so they don't walk on and just get pawned. The walk on sling something and with BS4 there pretty good at it. You'll probly wound enough to at least panic a cannon crew and if you lucky enough it won't be there when your done. Plus don't they have that invuln

Ya that's nice but I really don't feel like paying 200+ points to make a unit unbreakable +a power a turn that 99% of the time is just kind of meh
I will probly get one just cuz I like the random stuff but really Idk how good it'll be.

I'd consider using the Screaming Bell as Deathstar bait.
Put it in a minimum unit of clanrats, make that the first thing on the table.
The other guy drops his deathstar to go after it as it is obviously going to be the most valuable thing you have.
Then you put five or six units of slaverats or small skirmish lines of night runners for him to waste time on. Flank with Jezzails and/or Poison Wind Globardiers to taste!
