Along with my SOB/GK initiative, I'm going to try a little something with Orcs. Quick question: Which box set of Orcs has the most figures with the least amount of ornamentation around the face? I'm trying to find figures with the maximum amount of paintable surface area on the face. Can any one suggest the best and most cost effective set?

They're all pretty much the same mix. They reuse a lot of the heads from the basic Ork Boyz box. It's got plenty of extra heads though, so I'd start there.

Thanks! I'll just give that a go. I forgot that there are usually many extras on the sprues...I have a gazillion genestealer heads.

Pet peeve, its orKs. K man....40K orKs have a K. Fantasy Orcs have a C

And yea, just a regular box of boyz has alot of plain heads. Some even have hair, so if you want alot of face, just cut the hair off. Infact the most face decoration a boy has is a helmet on some of them.
Hope that helps
