Now this list is pretty much mostly fluff as I will be playing to have fun once my troops finally get to me as I just moved. Any C&C to improve this list with a monthly budget of 100 bucks with be super!

Space Marines don't need support from Ordo Malleus.
I'd take some shooty termies with a cyclone.

Why not just basically upgrade to a LR with all those Predator upgrades? You could figure the brother-sergeant in there still.

I've been going with what I own already so far, just got back to the states so I'm looking to purchase a vanilla dread and a ironclad to replace the sternguard as they were counts as SoB minis anyway.

If that's what you own use it.

Your list could use some major tweaks even in the casual scene. Casual doesn't have to mean weak.

1. Your troops NEED rhinos or razorbacks. It really is just a necessity in this edition.

2. Your MoTF is cool, but I might focus the Servitors into a more specific job... I might give them all MM or HB or PC's and not mix it. You really don't have enough tanks to justify another PF servitor. You could change their weapons pretty easily without much $.

Maybe consider running the MotF with a conversion beamer and PC's on the servitors, that could be fun.

3. Tigurius... He's interesting, but run a normal Librarian. He is a wanna-be Eldrad to smurfs and just doesn't cut it. Maybe run a Terminator Armor libby w/ Gate of Infinity and The Quickening and put him with the termies for a tele unit?

4. The predator is probably the best place for Chronus but giving the predator EA a Stormbolter and using Las + HB is just NOT a good idea. That's just wasting heavy bolters and lascannons. Drop EA and either make it AC / HB or Las / Las or AC / Las. I would go with AC / Las or Las / Las to use chronus better. Drop the Storm Bolter if you go with these two options.

Okay changing Tig into a regular chap is easy enough. Just added him push it up to 1500 really, the pred changes can be done easily enough Las / HB was how I bought the oop predator but I can easily set it up with las / las as I don't have a autocannon for it at all.

one problem:

razorbacks can only take 6 guys... their guns/powerequips/ammo take up too much space.

Go with normal rhino's. squads can fire out of them

I'd go with razorback for MOTF.

It's kewl Chuck you can take Razorback and then combat squad your Tactical squads. Set up 4 guys and the heavy weapon for fire support and the Sarge and specialist in the Razorback moving up.

I know your list is"fluffy" and Casual, but to be honest Chronus kinda really sucks

235 points for a Predator... things got 11 armour on the side...

Yeah I know its not the best of the list, but I tended to do well with it. Espically for drawing mountains of fire to get my other folks into range. I think he immoblized a vehicle a turn last game I used the tank/chrono combo. The lone techmarine is mostly weapon repair for chornos to hopefully extend its life.
