This is an ongoing bug which I caused a couple of weeks ago. When you come across the threads, just hit the mod alert button on one of them and tell a mod to 'clear the thread cache'. I am working on a full solution that will stop it from being a problem in the future but have had a very busy week which has held up getting a fix out for now.
