Hopping on the pain wagon

Hey guys, I have to say that the armies at the BFWWS were of a much higher quality than I expected them to be overall. Here is a gallery of the pics I took - if you were there and I didn't get your army - sorry! It doesn't mean I didn't like them, I just ran out of time and energy.

wow! thanks for sharing those, they looked really cool and can provide some great motivation for me to get painting! and, looking at the armies, a reason to hate tyranids!

Personally I think the 1st Plague Marine army is my favourite, no offence to anyone else!

Enlist as a virtual Ultramarine! Click here for my Chaos Gate (PC) thread.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

I like the Crimson Fist army. 3 T-Fires, 3 Typhoons, and a horde of bikes. Very nice army. I would like to know how it did.

That heavily converted spacewolf dread (I assume) looks excellent. Would love to see that from a few different angles.

@Darthdiggler - thanks, that was actually mine. I did pretty poorly and wish I could blame it on the list, but I was sick and my generalship was just plain lousy. I am working on my own batreps.

The list is really fun to play and it has the tools to deal with just about anything.

@Soup and a roll - I loved the wolf Dreads, I think I have another pic that is a bit better, let me check and if I do I will upload it.

I saw a pic of the wolf dread elsewhere and couldn't figure out what it was, now that I can see it better I think it's really neat! Looks like there were a lot of awesome looking armies there, those renegade guard with the halftracks looked awesome (And what the hell was that car thing in one of the orc forces?! A battlewagon?)

The lists were 1750.

@soup and a roll - I am apparently crazy and have no better pics of those wolf dreads - there is a better shot of the other on in Blackmoor's batrep for Game 1, though

That is the best part of these big tourneys, at least for me.
