Subject: Difference between vellejo gaming and model ranges?
Just wondering what the difference is aside from more militaryish colours in the model (and huge range of them) and what looks/sounds to be easily identifiable to GW paints colours and names on the gaming range.
I dont think there are any difference , i hear people saying model color chips easier , but than again i never paint on unprimer minis . ( and for us that primes our minis, i seriously dont think it matters )
Model colour also dries flat while Game colour does not.
It's better to simply be an idiot, as no one can call you on it here. -H.B.M.C.

"That is THEIR stuff." "THEY'RE crappy converters."
"I put it over THERE." "I'll go to the store THEN."
"He knows better THAN that." "This is NEW." "Most players KNEW that."

Subject: Difference between vellejo gaming and model ranges?
Model colour is geared towards military models / painters while game is towards gamers and is meant to echo GW colour. I think it was a marketing tool to get figure painters to try out their colours.
I didn't notice any changes in finish my self and would always varnich models which negates any difference anyway.
