Need dakka's help to complete the list . 267pts left to equip the Heroes .

where are the treekins?!!

You shouldn't be posting individual points costs like you are doing on the Character's wargear.

On to some list critique:
Glade Guard don't need a Musician and Standard Bearer. Also, minimum size (10) makes them hard enough to deploy well. I wouldn't take more then that in a unit.

Glade Riders should really be minimum size as well. They are only there to redirect charges, march-block and perhaps hunt some Warmachines. They can do all equally well in a unit of 5. Drop the Standard Bearer, but keep the Musician for regrouping after fleeing from charges.

The Wood Elves Noble needs to carry the Battle Standard (to make the Treemen really hard to break due to Stubborn Leadership 9). Hail of Doom Arrow is nice as well, but you need a bow to shoot it (Ashendi's Bane probably as you can't have a mundane Bow if you are the BSB). He also needs some mobility, so upgrading him to Alter Kindred, or giving him a Great Eagle would be good.

Then the Spellsinger and Branchwraith. I just have one question here: Are you going for a lot of Magic, or do you want just enough for defensive purposes?
If you are going Magic heavy, then drop the Branchwraith and replace her with a level 2 Spellsinger. Calaingor's Stave and the Deepwood Sphere are decent magic items for them (combine with at least 1 Dispel Scroll). Another option when going magic heavy, is to replace the Highborn with a Spellweaver.
If you just want Magic Defense, then drop the level 2 from the Spellsinger and give her 2 Dispel Scrolls. Give the Branchwraith a Cluster of Radiants.

Any left over points should probably be used on a combat unit or two. Wild Riders of Kurnous (in units of 6) are always good, as are Wardancers (units of 7).

Split Dryads into 3 x 8, which is usually much more useful than 2 x 12

Not many special choices there, Tree Men are nice, but work better in conjunction with another combat unit for the swing.

You could take the noble as a Standard Alter, though that means taking the Helm of the Hunt off your Lord. I would probably suggest a BSB for a 2xtreeman list though.
