I've just added 2 new papercraft building models to my collection at http://www.DavesGames.net. In all, there are 13 models available and I'm adding new designs to my catalog every couple of weeks. They're perfect for wargaming and roleplaying.

All of my model files are multi-layered PDFs, offering a variety of base textures and external features. You can easily customize the look of your models and print lots of different combinations. It's like getting several models in one. Assembly is quick and easy, requiring just a few sheets of cardstock, a sharp hobby knife and glue.

Take a peek at the Grey Hare Inn and the Clock Tower models:

Here's a little diorama showing the Crescent Moon Tavern and the Guild Hall:

Dave Graffam

Tonnes of small start-up companies post here on a regular basis, dont get too upset.

Personally I reckon they look fantastic, and after assembly it wouldnt be too hard to add some additional texture or details with other stuff.

I agree, more Sci-Fi please.

The best is definitely the Jumble house, its looks great, with a variety of levels. How do these mesh up with the Specialist game card buildings scale wise? Would it be possible to make them modular?

Malfred: Terminator Armor has always had room for extra boobage.
Drake_Marcus: It's true- that's why the Space Wolves love termie armour so much. The whole "bear" thing they've got going on is just a thinly veiled cover-up of their huge, hairy cleavage.

I read the forum rules carefully before posting here and checked to see that other companies do advertise their new releases in this news forum. Of course Dakka Dakka can close this thread down if they think I'm doing something I shouldn't.

I don't know how they match with Games Workshop products, to be honest, but my models are scaled for 28mm-30mm figures. My instructions pages include the percentages for printing at lots of smaller scales. Because they're papercraft, it should be really easy to modify or frankenstein them to work with just about any other papercraft models. I know a lot of folks are using them to supplement sets from other companies. Modular designs are something I'm thinking about, but I'm not committed to doing anything like that just yet.

I definitely will be making more sci-fi models after I get a few more fantasy/medieval models completed. If I'm still allowed to announce new releases here after this, I'll probably get around to them sooner rather than later, and I'll be back here to tell you all about them.

i liek them , might be worth trying to get a mordheim campaign going.

i think the guildhall is a lil small for what its meant to be but i am jsut being pendantic cause i;ve done a lot on medieval bbuildings ¬.¬

The Imperium of Man is able to traverse the Warp with difficulty when their Emperor concentrates from his golden life support machine and lights the way. Unfortunately, because the Emperor has the attention span of the average 5-year-old Pokemon fanboy, this means that many an unfortunate Imperial ship has had the WTF WHERE'D THE LIGHTS GO experience, which in the Warp is invariably fatal.

A question about this layering business. I'm not very familiar with pdf... can the settings (layer configuration) be saved?

I'm asking because if I were going to print these out, I'd take it to a copy/print shop. And I know from experience that those people are too thick to handle anything beyond clicking the "Print File" icon. And they certainly wouldn't let me sit at their computer fiddling with the file.

Between this and all the static in Chapterhouse threads...

Guys, don't worry about companies posting a 'heads up' in the News and Rumors section, OK?

Anyway - nice looking stuff, and a quick and easy way to get some nice looking WFB-style terrain on the table...

No, I don't think there's a way to save the PDF layers. Because of that, I'm planning to put together some bundled sets of buildings that have just one look, so you can get them printed without having to mess around with extra layers.

Wow. At such cheap prices, I could see a LOT of budget minded gamers grabbing these up.
If 4 or 5 guys went in and each bought 1 building, they could ALL have great sets of terrain.

Nicely done!

Nice looking terrain. All the paper terrain out makes it so you can really have a nice looking gaming table and not spending much and with a minimum amount of work. Again nice job.

I've just added a new model to my catalog -- the Narrow House. There are some fun dormers on this one, and loads of texture options with the multi-layered PDFs.
