I really like the Craftworld Lugganath color scheme (orange and black), and although there's hardly any info about them (Just that they are close with the Harlequins), that made me want to try and make a list based on them, because I like Harlequins, too. What do you think of this:
HQ:
Farseer
Runes of Witnessing
Spirit Stones
Doom
Fortune
Troops:
10xDire Avengers
Exarch w/ Dual Cats, Bladestorm
Wave Serpent
10x Guardians
Weapons Platform - Scatterlaser
5x Dire Avengers
Elites:
10x Harlequins
5x Harlequins Kiss
Shadowseer w/Harlequins Kiss
10x Howling Banshees
Exarch w/Executioner, War Shout, Acrobatic
Wave Serpent
Heavy Support:
3x War Walker
4x Scatterlaser
2x Starcannon
Fire Prism
Fire Prism
Total = 1498
The basic idea is that the Harlies and Banshees cut people up in CC while the Avengers and Guardians storm/hold objectives. War Walkers and Fire Prisms provide long-range fire support.
Anyway, just a list I threw together in AB with the Lugganath fluff in mind because I liked their color scheme. Any chance it'd be any good?

I'd drop the Banshees for another unit of DA's mounted in a Serpent.
The Harlies will be enough to cut the enemy into pieces
provided they will make to the enemy front ranks.
That's the biggest issue when you field Harlies in a balanced list.
Harlies are better in a counter-strike role.

Hey wuestenfux, thanks for your continual input. Ive posted like three different "What about THIS Eldar list" this week and you keep responding with helpful info.
But, Overkill is so much fun... think of all the havoc Banshees AND harlies would cause!!
Still, is that the only major thing you'd change, take out the Banshees and add more DAs? That's easily doable. Would you recommend upping the 5-man DA squad to 10 with Serpent, or adding another 10 in addition to the 10 and 5 I already have?

Well, if you plan to let the Harlies approach the enemy, then you don't want them to be shot down before they can close in.
Therefore, I'd be inclined to throw one or two Serpents in front of the Harlies.

Is it possible to give the Harlies their own Wave Serpent? I don't have my Codex at hand. Even if you can't dedicate one to them, couldn't you have them hop in one of the other Serpents and scoot up the field?

The 5th edition rules allow a unit to use a transport even if it isnt their dedicated transport. If you bought the transport for the DA then the harlies could use, they just cannot be deployed in it!

That's possible.
You can't buy a Serpent for the Harlies, but they can embark at the beginning of the game.

Quick question, if anyone has any input.
Not sure I'm going to use the heavy weapons platform that came with my Guardians, but I know I want to use the Scatterlaser that came with it for my second War Walker (since they only come with one of each and it needs 2 SLs). That said, of the other options, what is the most effective to go on a Guardian platform?

I would go with scatter lasers for guardins, as high volume of shots+36" range means that something must die!
Also, your WW armament is... unusual. Why mix weapons that do not synergize well? I would drop the starcannons down to scattter lasers, and save the points to be used on other things. Perhaps a fusion pistol or two on the harlies?

I dunno, I like the look of Shuriken Cannons for Guardians, for only 5pts its pretty kick-ass, although I'll admit the scatter laser is better but I feel Guardians should be kept cheap and cheerful...
