Im just wondering I know the Space Marines have no qualms with eating the flesh of there enemys ie the tau other marines orks etc to gain knowledge of there enemys (and nourishment) but would your run of the mill guardsmen go about eating dead tau ?

A Guardsman's life is hard and I am sure that there are myriad cases of the Deartmento Munitorum supplies going missing for a variety of reasons. I'm also sure the Guardsman finding himself starving on the front would not hesitate to flense the flesh off a blueberry in such circumstances. As to whether he might do so when the logistics are running smoothly--probably not. It's filthy xenos scum, after all.
