Its not shouting. Texans, and because they live in our great shadow Americans in general, have louder voices generally to represent our concentrated awesomeness. So naturally even our typing is appropriately loud by default. Sometimes we just forget to hit the "Normal Lock" key to revert to smaller type like you mere mortals. We're sorry, we know y'all can't help being normal...
