Anyway... regards to the actual schematics, it would be infringing on GW's intellectual property rights if people start posting official measurements and schematics online. Especially on a public forum - then this forum would be in trouble for helping to distribute protected material. So, no, I don't think anyone can give you anything specifically.

Like they said above, they can't give you exact measurements to build your 'Titens' but google will be your friend once you start spelling your search words correctly.

Well after the kick in the nuts, you guys could of at least showed something he asked for. At the very least, you could of done that.
Try www.scribD.com its a site that deals in PDFs for free. Do some warhound titan searches there. Youll eventually find what your looking for. I got one from there as well. But becareful of what you type in, as youll get alot of "free" GW codices and Imperial Armor books and the like.
And if you actually save those to your computer (YOU VILLAIN!) people here will be mad at you and the sort. Not that you care Im sure

And dont mind the folks here at dakka, they are sharks if you arnt 100% correct in how you type things.
