I think the general agreement is that due to the low BS of the Boyz, your shots from the upgrade weapons have a low chance of hitting, so they aren't worth it.
You could save a fair number of points on them. Also, it might be worth it to take all shoota boyz in a foot-slogging army like this. They're nearly as good slugga boyz in close combat, and can throw a LARGE number of shots at other troops.

Your Deffkoptas will be good at taking out light vehicles and provide another axis of threat, but you're pretty low on anti armor. (Yes I know I told you to take out the Rokkits.) Your PowerKlawz, and Lootaz will do for light vehicles. And your Koptaz can do for AV14, but barely.

Maybe some Rokkit Buggies (They're also Twin Linked, which gives them a better chance to hit.)
Big Gunz, (also versatile against a horde army)
Or some Killa Kanz (which move at the same speed as your foot sloggers, and also benefit from KFF) with Kustom Mega Blastas which would also help against Termies or other 2+ armor saves.

It basically comes down to the fact that Orkz suck at AV14, and so we have to throw volume at the problem if we can.

Other than that, looks like a nice start to a Green Tide army.

Same comments as Haelix,

Definitly look into Rokkit Buggies, as nice as the scout and flanking skills that Deffkoptas give you they just run away to easy.

-Remove the Special weps on the Boyz squads
- Change to Rokkit buggies
In doing so you earn a healthy 105 points to play with.

In order to give yourself some template & Power wep options I'd go with a group of 7 Burna Boys to support your boyz as they take on tough targets.

List comes out to exactly 1500

HQ -- 155pts
SAME

Troop -- 775pts
2 x 20 Boyz + Nob + PK + BP
2 x 30 Boyz +Nob + PK + BP

LEET -- 465pts
2 x 12 Lootas
7 x Burnas

Fast Attack -- 105pts
3 x Warbuggies + TL Rokkits

Otherwise you could add more Lootas / Tankbustas (oh My!!) / more Rokkit Buggies

Or just keep it as it is and see what happens.

Good list

Kombi skorcha on the boss as it costs the same points and you can use it before assault. Twin-linked shoota won't let you hit a lot. Attack squig wouldn't hurt for that extra attack either.

Seems ok to me other than that. Oh, try and throw a buzzsaw on one of the deffkopters. Can come in useful.

Rokkit boyz can help if you are short on armor killing units but you will only get about 1 hit pr 3 shots.
the big mek can help but he is not so good on troops only giving a +5 cover save. not saying that it wont help but i would think about spend thing points on some thing more useful.
attack squig is a must on the warboss. lol 6 S10 attacks on a assault. as Mercer said the bosspole is not very good on the boss (you get a 92% chance of passing with a L10).

this will help some.

Rokkit Buggies huh? I was planning on getting some Killa Kanz. But I guess need to throw the math hammer at BS2 twin-linked rokkit vs. BS3 rokkit...

thanks for the advice everyone

Buggies aren't bad, but if you've got the points Kans (and often koptas) are better choices.

Change the sluggas to shootas. If you have Boyz on foot, they should have shootas.

But shouldn't I be running instead of shooting?

I've seen both work.
YMMV.
