Just out of curiosity , what size do you envision them to be?

Chaos spawn size?
Chaos Greater Daemon size?
Warhammer Giant size?

Or even larger?

Huge. As tall as a giant, but much wider and bulkier.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

But people seem to have different interpretation of them.
Some describe them as pile of goo with random arms and legs poking out.

That's why they don't have a model. Their artwork depicts them looking like a cross between Great Unclean Ones and Chaos Spawn.

The artwork I saw would basically be the hind end of a corpse cart and a body made up of a pyramid of Chaos Spawn.

I think if you use a Corpse Cart and Soul Grinder you'd be about right.

It's freaking large, and get's to come back . . . .

Hmmm...

I would think a Hydra or Greater Daemon sized base.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.

Hmm... perhaps i asked the wrong thing
( considering if its a pile of goo , base size wouldnt be too effective to help modelling one.

Ok mew question! , what mass should the abomination be?

Giant?
Greater Daemon?
Chaos Spawn?
Ogre Sized?

I don't play Fantasy but a friend I have is making his Abomination out of this model:

He's got the metal one, however, and he's adding assorted arms/legs/heads/skulls/gubbins held together with greenstuff boils and sores and things.

So far it's looking rather awesome but I'm not terribly sure about how accurate it is size-wise. I think that model is about 3" tall so that's quite a bit smaller than the MONSTROSITY I think some people are going for.

I can try and get some pictures of it if you're interested?

I think we're talking somewhere between a giant and a greater daemon based on the pic I saw in the new book. I would love to see people's modelling efforts on this. Perhaps it could be a Dakka challenge?

3" eh? Well you take what you can get I suppose...

That Tzimisce Vozhd (say that 3 times fast) is ridiculously awesome, by the way. That's something I would love to see modeled but I think it would take some epic sculpting skill. It would fit the bill nicely, however.

I'm also thinking Giant Sized.

I don't think that there's a set description for them. Just make it however you like. They should be really big, though. At least the size of a dragon or giant. I'll probably convert one just for fun and I plan on putting it on a chariot base.

A friend of mine is building a couple of these, one of which will be an albino rat on a pile of dead bodies. It has some sort of reference to the Monty Python film with the knights and the rabbits with the pointy teeth.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!
