This is my Jungle King army list.

1750
2- space marine captains one for 160pts and one for 170pts
1- venerable dreadnought 165pts
1- Termi squad 200pts
1- Techmarine 90pts
4- 10 man tac squads w/ flamers and missle launchers 170pts each
1- Rihno 35pts

Ok, first of all it's kind of difficult to comment on things like SM captains when we don't know what you've given them. Even without that though, you have 3 independent characters in this list, which is a bit much. Captains and similar units can be very killy, but they're also very easy to take out compared to a unit. The techmarine is also a bit out of place. He's not really a top-notch fighting unit by himself - most people would take him with some servitors, in a list full of static vehicles (and even then he's not considered too competitive). I would swap one captain and a techmarine for: powerfists/power weapons/combi-weapons for your tactical squad sergeants. These upgrades add a lot to your units' combat power, which will be useful since currently terminators and characters are your only real assault units.

Venerable dreadnoughts are widely considered overpriced - 60 pts more than a normal dread, they're better, but not THAT much better. Again, it's hard to say more unless you tell us what he's armed with.

Are the terminators assault or shooting? If they're the normal kind, consider giving them an assault cannon or cyclone missile launcher.

I think if you cut down on the characters and downgrade the dreadnought, you can fit in another rhino or two - these things are very cheap, it's completely worth it giving one to a tac squad - you might be able to afford another dread or a predator/vindicator as well.
