Here is the proposed list for what I can build with 3x valkyrie boxes, 100ish guardsmen, 12ish heavy weapon teams and a basilisk (planning on getting a chimera or two).
I was planning on just bunching the Infantry Squads together so they can share a Vox Caster and load hell on something.

You can drop the bodyguards, Creed will be relatively safe in the chimera anyway. You might also put a heavy weapons team in the squad with a lascannon or something; I assume that chimera will be standing still.
Why not stick the heavy weapons into your infantry squads? That way, they'll be benefit from the Sergeant's LD8 and the voxes.
PCS can be an excellent anti-infantry unit with 4 flamers and a chimera. Drop the Voxes on them, Creed has more than enough orders to go around.
Fast attack seems good.
The list is fairly good without those suggestions, but the one problem I see that might harm you a lack of long-ranged anti-tank. You have plenty of short ranged with suicidal meltavets, but you might consider a few lascannons (to twin-link with BiD) in your infantry squads, or swapping one of the Valkyries to a Vendetta.

I think you're a little confused on the rules - you can only combine infantry squads, you can't combine an infantry squad and a PCS (otherwise, how OP would medics be!).

I've been wondering if maybe I should change a vet team to hvy flamer and 2x flamer and then use Creed to give that valk scout so it can burninate some dudes first turn. Or would i be too weak on Anti tank if I did this?

It's my opinion that meltas are more useful so you can pop a tank first turn.
I'm going to recommend the PCS with 4 flamers and a chimera again if you want template goodness. It doesn't matter if they die in combat since you get 4 orders out of Creed anyway.

I imagine that I would take another flamer on the chimera too?
Well not everything is gonna fit in 1500pts what should I loose then (80pts over)? Maybe I should switch a valk to a vendetta? and cut the lascannons out to autocannons?

The grenade launchers are going to let you down some, as they don't have the strength or AP to do all the much really. I would suggest dropping them for plasmaguns (at least in each infantry squad) as they will help kill anything big and nasty, and even to help destroy light vehicles. Anyway that's just my two cents.
