well, i've decided that i'm going to use Sicarius as my token special character for my space marine army. However, i don't want to use the actual Sicarius model because it's got smurf specific stuff on it I think. Anyway, I was thinking of how to make a counts-as for him. My two options are to just buy the sicarious model and greenstuff my chapter's emblems, and file the ultra stuff away. Also, replace his head with a helmet. Or to convert the space marine commander. I'd prefer the second one, but I don't know how to make it clear that he's who I want him to be.
Ideas?

The models don't have that many ultra symbols, and the head is not attached so head swap is easy. Just convert it.

Both good news. However, I gotta admit, i'm not that good with a file. last time I tried to file metal I had to greenstuff almost as much as I took off.

I am in the middle of converting that very model for Imp' fists , the smurf icon on the chest filed down very easy and leaves a smooth chest area that doesnt look at odds.
I am thinking of a small brass etched aquallia to stick in its place
I also had to detach the fixed arm as it is connected to his leg but that was a simple slice job and some careful bending also the talons are all "stuck" so I am seperating them out slowly.
The head is an easy cut / hack job
