Hey im just got a battlewagon and wanted it to have a deff rolla on it to kill my buds guard.
But I don't want to pay $10 for a deff rolla and I don't want to make it out of a toilet paper thing.
So I came up with the idea for a 'count as' deff rolla. Here is a horrible mock-up

So it scoops up enemies and puts them into a pit of fire correct? MAybe if you explained your idea along with the drawing itll help

Sorry what I meant was that when it tank shocks a unit the klaw picks up a handful and stuffs them into the pit while the plow ( think snow plow except the snow is people) are forced into the fire mouth or ran over. Hoped this helps.

If you can make it visually distinct from a regular dozer blade, go for it. Good luck sculpting fire though. You'd likely be better off buying the deffrolla sprue.

Got it finished for the most part! Just needs some touching up, man the kit is AWESOME! I can have a gun wagon and a tranport one and not have to magnetize anything! hurray!
Love the bits added on too like the grot pulling the door shut and the ork on top pointing and the sorry guard probably saying "Dis is wotz gunna happen to you lot!" and of course the guards hand sticking out of the pit.
Hope my fire pit can pass as fire and the ramming thing looks like a snow plow leading into the fire pit.

I think the fire is a bit 2d. In plain front it looks good, but from an angle it looks "glued on". The arm is good, but I think you should go for a some kind of tub with fire in it, instead of having it like a oven. If you think the oven is the way forward you might need to consider to do it real 3d with a hole into the front and sculpt fire inside it.
Just my 5 cents.

@ a94marbo- The fire does look kinda and do you mean a tub sprouting from the battle wagon or in it? Cause if it is it would be a nuisance to build.

I thought it could fit between the front and the ram. I just used google translate to find a better word for what I was suggesting and out poped "Vat", it could be a basic 90 deg angled shape with fire in it.

The flames would look great if you had some sticking out the front. As it is now it kinda looks like shagpile carpet.

A lot will also depend on the painting though...

@ Buttlerthepug yep got a drug abuse is life abuse arm band, its kinda weird because when Ive worn it for a week and when I take it off I get paranoid for some reason, The bands have drugs in them to make me addicted to the band ARRRGG!

This may be a bit late but you could use the extra set for the def roller as it comes with lots of spare bits and a def roller.

If you do I know there is one but I hate how the battewagon looks without the ramming thing on the front looks too unarmored and also im getting another battlewagon and a deff rolla for that one, also didn't want two same looking models for ork >.>

I totally agree with you on that one. They dont look AV14 without the giant ram

Uhhhh Im not to sure yet... I still havent got my list ready, and actually I have about... 60 ork unpainted and the ones that are painted were from like when I first started so they are terrible ahah! Although I grow tired of going to tournies with grey on the table so me thinks I might stay up till I get em all done Chrispy Style...
