People have a really hard time reading your list when it's written in this way. This greatly reduces the number of people who give you feedback, because everyone loses patience before they're done reading the army list.

This could be written:

Assault squad (5): flamer, sergeant w/power fist, meltabombs - 140


You don't have to write the equipment each model comes with automatically - everyone who comments presumably knows that sort of thing already. List the number of models, any upgrades, and that's it.
