The general idea is that the Shining Spears and the Autarch (as a unit) hunt tanks or armour, while the Jetbikes go after infantry and grab objectives, and the Seer Council act as a distraction and go after whatever is left. The Prisms meanwhile stay back and assist whichever unit needs it. I know a lot of people don't like Shining Spears, and I've never used them myself, but i think in an almost pure bike list they would make a useful addition, especially with Withdraw. Opinions?

The problem with jetbikes is that bolter equivalent fire can kill them easily. I played a game at 750 with 3 wave serpents w/ shuriken cannons, 2 squads of Da's and fire dragons, and tabled a jet bike army by turn three. So unless you can stay at a perfect distance 100% of the time you will die pretty quickly. Also, Just having 2 prisms and 6 shuriken cannons for your long range, you will have trouble against horde armies.

Lynch is right, this army is a bit risky. Go for it though, it should get better as you get better at judging range and protecting your 2 hammer units.

I'd drop one destructor for enhance on the warlock squad.

Star lance is less important for shining spears than skilled rider IMO, it's very helpful to not fear terrain. I might even go so far as to drop holofields from one prism to bulk out the shining spear squad. The fire prism can be protected by range, the spears need the extra body.
