I live in Stockholm, Sweden and I've got a small gaming group with a few friends.

Sometime I'd like to make this group larger, and perhaps "upgrade" it to a gaming club, and later provide said club with a get-together place with gatherings once or twice a week, maybe more where said club can get together and play, paint and just be generally nerdy.

So, if there are any 40k gamers in Stockholm, who are interested (Even though this club might not be in the near future, but hopefully), let me know^^

Well, I might be moving to Sweden this summer. I have a group here in San Diego, California and would want to find one if I move to Stockholm for sure. How many in your group?

I live in Uppsala, all we've got is the local gaming store, I would be happy to get on a train now and then for some gaming.

There's always Rogue Trader in Stockholm. Some pretty laid back and nice guys playing there.

Fantasia in Uppsala (if you can't stand the MTG players @ Prisfyndet) and a bunch of players spread out all over town. Dunno how organized they are in Uppsala though.

Well I've only been in to Fantasia once, I'm a long-time Prisfyndet fan. Although I've never really been playing as much as I've been sitting home alone painting, modelling, planing and.. so on.

I think I'm gonna try sign up for next 600pt battle there when I get my Tau from GW.

I had kind of given up on this thread, since a while went with no answers.

@Dugg: We're currently four people, with two of us getting together often (we play Orks and Necrons) and the other two slightly less frequent (They play Tyranids and Chaos Space Marine) . My sister has also joined us a few times (She has a small collection of Eldar). Also I have been trying to recruit two other friends, and both have joined us a few times, trying it out (They're interested in Space Marines and Dark Eldar).

@Riffzor: It would be Awesome if you did! You might not still be interested since it's taken such along time for me to reply, but please join us!


We sometimes play some experimental stuff as well when we feel like it and even use old rules for fun. This is a lot due to the fact that we've played normal games against each other a lot of times and so we try out new stuff. We still do "normal" stuff as well and most of us are open for anything from trying out a super complicated game with millions (not really) of house rules to simple standard missions.

Hi, I am looking for 40k players in Stockholm.

I have a rather large Ork army since I've been collecting for more than 16 years. However the last time I've played was probably the third edition.

So I am looking for other beginners in 6th esition, or for more advanced players who don't mind spending some time with a beginner.

A little bit about me: I am Spanish, male, 32 years. I've been in Sweden for almost 8 years but I've moved to Stockholm recently. I speak some Swedish, and I work for a swedish university.

Any chance you work for Stockholm University? Because if so we have a group of students/employees from DSV (Department of Computer and System sciences) going at it every 2nd Monday in Kista.

You are of course also welcome if you work at another University (just if you work at SU communication and building access is easier )

I actually work in the Forum building at Kista, but oddly enough I work for LTU (Luleå Tekniska Universitet).
