I don't like the Crisis Suit figs, they just looks too blocky/bulky for the agility with which they're supposed to move, and when compared to the curved lines of the rest of the infantry and tanks. The XV25 Stealth Suits look much better and more cohesive to the rest of the army IMHO, and I think I'd rather use those as my Crisis Suits. If it was clearly pointed out what they were, would you foresee any problem with that in a game?

I would let it slide as long as they are on the 40mm base. (witch would probably make them look a bit smaller) And if you let your opponet know that they are the crisis suit not a stealth. Although Depending what you do with them that Might become obvious anyway.

You might need to ninja some bits though as the stealth suits only come with 3 BC and 1 FB per box

Size would be off, I would imagine. Aren't Crisis Suits supposed to stand at like at least 10ft(just my interpretation, at anyway).

I don't think I would bulk them out at all. I'm afraid it would mess up the proportions of the suit that I like, so it would be smaller than the actual Crisis Suits. Mostly I think that would effect my own shooting more, as it would be harder to see over my own guys. What I what would probably do is the same thing I did with my Destroyers, which is make every third one on a flight stand, to raise them up to the more standard height.
