i'm new to painting orks and recently purchased a trukk. what is the best way to paint it?

1. paint the parts seperatly then glue together
or
2.put the trukk together then paint

what do you guys do??

It is not that difficult to paint when assembled though the driver's cabin can be a pain. I'd assemble and paint afterwards.

Agreed. I assembled the trukk and then the driver/gunner details then painted the three. Then I assembled.

Does that make sense?

Or, to put it another way...

I assembled it into three basic parts (i.e. trukk / driver in seat / gunner in basket) then painted the three of them separately, then assembled the three together. I do have a picture of one trukk (without crew) in gallery. Hmm, I guess I should update my gallery.

Anyway, good luck! It is really not too daunting once you do it.
