Hi folks,
I started out playing Blood Bowl, Dungeon Bowl, and Space Hulk in the early nineties. These games got me interested in the 40K mythos. In the late nineties I picked up the starter set of Space Marines and Dark Eldar and the codices for these armies. I collected Dark Eldar for a while and painted the models, but didn't get to play a lot.
When I heard the announcement of the re-release of Space Hulk I was excited and got on board immediately. I decided to do it up right and paint the minis and this inspired me to start collecting 40K again! I live in the city now, so there are a lot more folks to play with. I'm looking forward to hauling Space Hulk with me for the holidays to play and get my nephew interested.
So, I have been reading the board frequently lately and it looks like a good community here. Looking forward to getting involved. Happy gaming. -Jamie P.
