I am not usually one to post lists, but I have been tinkering with this one all day and think I need some perspective and my usual partner in crime wasn't online. Basically, it is a pretty simple straight for the throat kind of Space Marine list. I know it is a bit (lot) light on scoring units, but the idea is that I hold 1 and smash your face and contest the rest.

Anyone played a similar list? I considered doing 2 Ironclads instead of the dreads here but I don't have the models - I can actually build this out of my collection.

Thoughts?

Drop either; Non-pod dreadnought, Landspeeder or Vindicator to make room for another 5man scout squad (sniper rifles perhaps for the 2nd squad) at the very least.

Yeah, I kind of like dropping the foot dread for sniper scouts with cloak and missile launcher but that doesn't really fit the theme. Maybe I can find the points for another tac squad - even if it is only a 5 man.
