I want to reduce the width of the article so the text does doesn’t scroll out so far, right now it is near illegible, I don't see an option to reduce it myself. Also titles are not being created when I use the equal signs, it shows up as ==title== in the article.

The text in quote boxes does not wrap - you need to remove the quote boxes around them (they can also be created by starting a line with a space so edit it out so that text is at the start and it should be ok).

The ==title== stuff needs to be on a distinct line, otherwise it gets assumed that is part of the content.
