Since you posted today I can assume it happened today?

I have gotten acrylics out of fabric once dried (only in the first few hours BEFORE laundering them) but before curing, with a stiff brush, my fingernails and patience. Some of the 'color' seemed to stay but it was pretty mild overall and far better than a huge paint blotch. After laundering and/or a few hours of curing time it gets more and more difficult.
