This may be in the wrong place, but do storm guardian boxes come with the eight they show or ten like a normal guardian squad.

8 models only.
You do get more heads than you need, though, and only one of each fusion gun and flamer (but you get left and right handed paired pistol/ccw arms - as in some pistols are left handed some swords are as well.)

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...
... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

You get used to it.
My storm guardians are all old models with sword and pistol (and mostly the same pose) single pose metals (old "guardians" dating back to pre-2nd ed.)
The same poses were available with plastic arms and weapons as well.

Yea the way they see it is, why sell a box with enough to field a rules legal squad, when you can sell a box with less then needed, for $5 less then they used to sell them. That way you HAVE to buy 2 boxes to get a full legal squad+ and now they get more of a profit. Gotta love it!

Mine are the ones from the 3rd ed. GW deal that had 16 Guardians and 16 pairs of the metal Dire Avenger Exarch arms.
Half the content of the prior box set (16) sounds good and all, but the real reason is that you need to buy FOUR boxes to make an even number of Stormers.
