To give a bit of fluff to my army I decided to have them take the gear off troops that they have wrecked in combat.

agreed if you drill the barrels then it would just make it mthat much better. Love the overall army.

The looted weapons are too out of proportion, ever for heroic scale. The Ork sluggas look absolutely ridiculous on comparatively little Marine hands. The paintjobs are pretty good, but I'm not digging the looted concept.

I have to agree with SRM. I have a personal pet peeve with space marines "looting" xenos armaments (Ordo Xenos notwithstanding). The paint job looks great, though.
