While reading Apocalypse: Reload I noticed a Deathwing datasheet, which, IIRC, contains a rule called "Hunt the Fallen". The Daemonhunter's codex states that if DA are allies to the GK, then the "Hunt the Fallen" is suspended.
I don't have Apoc: Reload but IIRC, "Hunt the Fallen" states that if the Fallen Special Character is killed or the rule is somehow invalid then the Deathwing cannot enter. Does this mean that as the Inquisitors invalidate the rule, then the Deathwing cannot enter the battle, or is the reference in the DH codex out of date?

The rule in the DH Codex refers to the Hunt the Fallen Rule in the old 3rd edition Dark Angels codex. As it is Apoc, ya'll have to hash out an agreement.

Another thing where the WH codex FAQ mentions and they forgot the about the DH...
WH FAQ simply says to ignore all that.
