The only thing I'd change would probably be removing the Warwalker and Singing Spears and trying to fill out the Fire Dragon squad or give every vehicle possible Spirit Stones.

Dude, I see you've been posting a lot of basically-the-same-idea eldar lists over the past week or so. All your units are perfectly sound. Dire Avengers, farseers, jetbikes, fire dragons, war walkers, wave serpents are really what any eldar army can really use. I have no personal experience with seer councils or fire prisms but they seem very highly regarded. Ultimately, any list posted on this site will have someone saying 'oh no, you can't do that, X build of tournament army will be able to beat you!' Just get out there and play some games, your list is perfectly solid. You may find one of the other elite assault units is more appropriate to your playstyle, or you may find that one unit of fire dragons is not enough. But internet advice is kind of a never ending circle. Just go and play some games, you don't need the unqualified approval of the internet if you can beat your real life opponents.
